| 2759794 | Primary Facility | 2018-08-01 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I met with Levi Lee, Levi Haigler, and Clayton Harriman when I arrived. Crews were deploying containment, regrading, and laying rig mats for the upcoming frac (estimated start 8/6). Some containment appeared to be left from the drilling rig, and I observed some small tears at the berms in this area. The Rockwater 43 K barrel MASS was deployed on the site. I observed that there was only 16-18" of freeboard in the primary tank, and that ~6-8" of rainwater had collected in the secondary tank containment. I informed Levi Lee of the containment berm tears and the freeboard and water in the secondary containment at the tank, and said that he would address them. |
