| 2784364 | Primary Facility | 2018-10-03 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I met Danny Brooks, Rockdale company man, when I arrived. Drilling is completed, and the process of rigging down had just started. Drilling mud was present near the rig on the rig mats; cleaning the mats had not yet begun. Rolloff containers for cuttings in the backyard were on secondary containment, but these appeared to be undersized for the containers. I recommended to Danny that these containments be constructed larger in the future. A small area off of containment between the backyard and the pipe area had what appeared to be a 2' x 2' spot where a small amount of black discoloration, likely drill mud, was lightly smeared on top of the mud. I recommended to Danny that it be shoveled up immediately. |
