I met with Glenn Wolf, site company man, and consultant of CHK, Isabel Leon, Drilling Engineer of CHK, and Kris Gonzalez, Drilling Superintendent of CHK. The current drilling depth is (15,786) feet.
In addition to conducting an inspection of surface activities mainly related to waste management and secondary containment, I conducted an inspection of the on-site processing of drill cuttings processing and drilling mud dewatering. CHK submitted a Request for Previously For Approval of Previously Approved Alternative Waste Management Practices (OG-71) Form B application to the Department on 10/12/18.
