2845441 | Primary Facility | 2019-02-26 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I arrived onsite to meet with Doug Oberdorf of EQT. One EWS evaporator was present on the pad, but had not yet been hooked up to the production tanks or placed in containment. Gregg Johnson of EWW was also present. Gregg informed me that high winds on Monday had caused them to postpone placement of the evaporator unit. The OG71A for the site called for 3 evaporator units; Gregg informed me that the trial would begin with 1 unit, and the other 2 would be added in later. The production tank containment appeared to be in good condition, with less than 2" of ice. Several of the well cellars had water in them within 2' of the top; I recommend that these be monitored and vacced out before overtopping. |
