The well is located in the Wellington Storage Field, Lagrange Township, Lorain County, Ohio. The well is equipped with a main valve, side valve and has a 3.00 line plumbed to the drip tank. There is a 1.00 line plumbed from the drip tank to a 10BBL storage tank. All lids and hatches are closed and secured with locks. There is also a 1.00 line from the drip tank to a domestic meter. The well is properly tagged and there is a clear, legible well identification sign mounted to the drip tank. This well is in a residential area and is enclosed within a chain link fence which is secured with locks.
