Gas meter indicated no H2S & highest level LEL is 4 at the surface casing. Records indicate well depth is 3061 w/ surface casing to to 412 & production casing to 1023. Photos taken. Kevin wanted to get it on the I/O program. Notified him that it may be some years before plugged if it qualified. Will get with Jeff Fry to do priorty matrix & get I/O package sent to Miami Co. |

Completed Right of Entry form received on 3/24/11 & I/O package completed & sent to Jeff Fry in the Mt. Vernon office to review & submit to Mike McCormac for inclusion on the I/O list. |
